In tomorrow night's ep, the final shot is of Quinn sobbing into Finn's arms with Rachel standing by watching, and he tells both girls "It'll be okay." This after a tear-jerking musical number. (Bring a hanky!) He clearly has feelings for Rachel, but he won't be able to do anything about it until Quinn's secret (that Finn is not the father) is out.

Did they mess with the preview clip before they released it to confuse us? Or am I reading that wrong?
