At first I was confused about the sizes, and then I realized it was in UK sizes.

The skirt on that cheerio's costume is wrong.
But, in the original link that was posted - the skirt is right. Next time you watch Glee, check the cheerio's skirt - it isn't straight it's got splits.

I think most of the Cheerio skirts are pleated, but if I'm not mistaken, they were plain like this in the pilot, and I believe Becky wore one like that in Yes/No the other night.

Yes, Becky did wear a straight one in Yes/No.
I just always thought the skirts with splits were more like the actual Cheerio's uniform because Quinn, Santana and Brittany wear the skirts with splits and I'm sure most the other Cheerio's do too.
