Would "Sectionals" have been an acceptable series finale if the show wasn't picked up afterwards?

Sue gets fired.
Will admits his feelings for Emma.
Finn learns the truth about Quinn's pregnancy.
The Glee-members experience their first victory.

It felt like a great ending for the F13.
It could have functioned as a series finale also if necessary, although some storylines still were lingering, especially the one regarding Quinn's baby.

I think that was the point.

You forgot probably the biggest arc of the first 13 Rachel becomes a team player.
