During 'Silly Love Songs' Blaine sings the lyric "love doesnt't come in a minute, sometimes it doesn't come at all", while he explicitly looks at Santana. Santana looks a bit troubled/hurt afterwards.

Don't know if it was particularly subtle, but I was practically pissing myself when Sue revoked S and Q's tanning privileges in Acafellas.

The Santana-reaction was a bit un-santana in my eyes, but then again her character wasn't fully realised so early in the game.
