Hey, I found this on a Dianna fan site and I'm not sure if they showed this part in the episode but I thought the pic was cute.... take a look

It's the scene when they gave Quinn the baby at the end of "Bohemian Rhapsody". The photo is taken from a different angle.

I thought so too but its not possible because Puck and Mercedes were back farther than that, and Puck was towards her feet at the end of that scene....

On a side-note, promotional still images from an episode (of any show in general, not just Glee) aren't always of an exact moment. Sometimes they're set up for the photo only (i.e. for that above image, Amber and Mark were probably told to stand around the bed for this photo shoot) as a representation of the scene alone. It doesn't have to mean that it was a completely new scene all together.
They do it for all TV shows.An image like this one (below), however, is a deleted scene because there's nothing like it in the episode.
